Brain is to the Central Nervous System as Building Automation is to current day Modern Infrastructure.
Data is siloed in proprietary systems with various OEM’s in a facility. There is no unified way to track equipment performance, indoor air quality, Deviations, energy efficiency & facility conditions at a glance. With many innovative solutions , FM’s must leverage available tools to solve pain points, optimize resources, save costs & run an efficient facility. Covid-19 has only helped propel usage of technology to remotely manage facilities. The future is towards digitalization.
We all live in a connected Smart Spaces world where Buildings and related infrastructure is no exception.
